Diagnosis
We will figure out what is wrong with your computer and propose a course of treatment. If you do not want to continue with the repair, this is all you pay. If you continue with the repair, this fee is applied toward the full cost of the repair.

Data Backup/Transfer
We will backup your data from a functioning hard drive and copy it to either an external hard drive or a new hard drive.

Worry Free Computing Program
This service covers in-store service labor the first time your computer comes in for repair and for the next 12 months! Our Worry Free program includes a FREE backup of your hard drive ($60 extra if backup exceeds 50GB) to our server which we will hold for the duration of the Worry Free program. This way, if something unexpected happens we can restore your computer to the way it was when it left our store.
